There is a degree of skill and finesse needed to work with the templates that Constant Contact provides in order to turn them into unique enewsletters and esalesletters to wow your customers. Our clients on average have a 40% open rate which is twice the national average for this industry. You can do this in-house, but there is a learning curve, and who gets the additional workload? You want to make sure that you output a quality product, because ultimately, the newsletter is a reflection of your company and your esteem for your customers. Some of our customers do create a simplified newsletter themselves, but leave the heavy lifting to us for more important promotions.
